England Tour To India | Schedule And Squad

England team will tour India for four match test series and five T20Is and three ODIs which can commence from February 5th 2021.

Jay Shah, The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) secretary has mentioned that Ahmadabad Stadium which is that the newly built one will getting to conduct the 3rd and the fourth match game along side five T20Is.

Motera Stadium is one among the most important cricket Stadium within the world which can host the pink ball test between India and England.

BCCI president had also said earlier that Ahmadabad Stadium will host the pink ball match game between India and England.

It is under the notes that England team will tour India after their conclusion of test series against Sri Lanka then team will under quarantine norms before the commencement of the series.

Jay Shah said that Test series will start from 5th February 2021 whereas the Day night series are going to be played from 24th February onwards.

Jay Shah also admitted that each one the T20Is matches will he played at an equivalent venue that’s at Motera Stadium, Ahmadabad.

As it are going to be great opportunity for the Indian team to play well within the T20I series as they will also prepare well for the upcoming World T20 Cup 2021 which could be held in October-November 2021.

  • 1st Test – Feb 5 – 9, Chennai
  • 2nd Test – Feb 13 – 17, Chennai
  • 3rd Test – Feb 24 – 28, Ahmedabad (D/N)
  • 4th Test – Mar 4 – 8, Ahmedabad

T20Is: All games at Motera, Ahmedabad

  • 1st T20I – March 12
  • 2nd T20I – March 14
  • 3rd T20I – March 16
  • 4th T20I – March 18
  • 5th T20I – March 20

ODIs: All games at Pune

  • 1st ODI – March 23
  • 2nd ODI – March 26
  • 3rd ODI – March 28
